AERO 40 II Disc DT240 EXP

Looking for a multi-purpose wheelset? Try the DT Aero 40. Fast on muddy tracks, faithful on the tarmac, and speedy on gravel; the DT Aero 40 is the 40mm deep definition of Off-Road. Developed by ICAN, the DT Aero 40 is a lighter version of its equivalent in the Fast and Light Series.

To make the wheel light, the DT Aero 40 II Disc rims are made from a combination Toray T700 and T800 carbon cloths. Not only does this combination make the wheel lighter, but also stronger. Strong enough to support a maximum rider weight of 232Lbs or 105Kg. For better rolling resistance and protection against punctures, the DT Aero Disc Rim features a tubeless-ready clincher wheel profile. The wheel also features a 25mm wide frame making it more stable and ideal for racing.

With each DT Aero 40 II Disc wheelset, comes an option between DT 240S and DT 350S. Both of these Swiss hubs offer effective transmission of power to the wheel and flawless wheel motion. The greatest feature of these Swiss hubs is the fact that they are incredibly light; reducing the weight of the wheel further. DT 240S/350S are compatible with Shimano Centerlock Disc Rotors and Shimano 10/11 speed cassettes.
The DT 240S/350S hubs are supported and held in place by the superlight and aerodynamic Sapim CX-Ray spokes.
Each DT Aero 40 II Disc carbon wheelset comes with a two-year guarantee.
