The advanced D91 hubs feature a 45T star ratchet system that replaces the 6-pawl design of the D21 hubs, and the Shimano freehub body features a unique design that reduces weight while maintaining structural rigidity, making it approximately 90G lighter than the D21 hubs.
3, Aero & Weight Savings with Sapim CX-Ray
Sapim CX-Ray spokes reduce wind drag and weight, paired with Sapim Secure-Lock nipples to prevent loosening under vibration.
4, Total System Optimization
Every upgrade synergizes: lighter rims + efficient hubs + robust spokes = a gravel wheelset that’s 150g lighter than the original G25 while boosting stiffness-to-weight ratio.
5, Aerodynamic Profile with Tire Stability
50mm rim depth + 25mm internal width featuring hooked-bead design for secure tubeless performance and optimized tire support.
The recommended tire size is 700 x 35-50mm, and tire widths between 29mm and 60mm can also be safely used.
